Spectacular Sri Lanka
14-28 November 2025
The “Pearl of the Indian Ocean”. Sri Lanka’s geographic location and deep harbours have made it strategically important, from the traders on the Silk Road to European raiders and colonialists. Sri Lanka's more recent history was marred by the 26-year Sri Lankan Civil War, which began in 1983 and ended in 2009. Suffering from economic problems in recent years, Sri Lanka is now emerging as one of the fastest growing, economic power houses of South Asia. Today’s visitors can expect luxury standards, with exceptionally inexpensive rates. Sri Lanka has four millennia of documented history and possibly 125,000 years of human habitation and culture.
Today, you can join Acetours on a wonderful tour, where exciting excursions are mixed with plenty of free time, staying at luxury hotels throughout. Check them out! Sumptuous breakfasts and wonderful evening meals are included, just leaving you to arrange your own lunch or midday snack. A host of excursions are included.
